Not that I'm condoning the process of putting a non pontiac motor in one of our beloved muscle cars I can't stop a person from doing what they want with their car, that being said a friend offered me a LT4 complete minus the 6-sp for my 69 bird I do not want to buy it but am passing on the info very low miles he just purchased a biger (more costly) engine wants around $3200 I'm sure he will guarentee it good new clutch and pressure plate and bellhousing included[email protected] I will put you in touch with him

not stock says he has thousands in it, fuel injection alone has to be worth 1200 said he just paid 900 for the clutch and pressure plate never drove on it If you are interested e-mail me and I will give you his number I am not a chevy man, he also has a LS1 to sell spent over 10 grand for the new motor he just bought so he spared no expence on any motor this was not a LT1 converted it is a true LT4
