I usually do not post many things about quality of service, but Dick Duclow from Indian Adventures was a huge help to me last week.

He went above and beyond the call to help me with a header problem I had. The problem had absolutely nothing to with Indian Adventures header quality, but rather having to do with an interference problem with a short 5" pitman arm from Flaming River interfering with a header tube.

Mr. Duclow was very courteous and professional, and handled my problem in a fast, friendly manner.

By the way, the application is for the 67-69 round port Firebird. My old headers were Hedman Hustlers, which had more dings in them than a minivan parked at a K-Mart. The fit of the Hedman's were terrible, and they necessitated a great deal of cutting, welding, and repositioning of the collectors to even come close to getting exhaust pipes to bolt up. I had to use a remote oil filter setup, and the driver's side header had to be removed just to get a tiny IMI mini starter in and out.

I bought one of the first sets of Indian Adventures round port headers for the 67-69 Firebird, and the fit of their headers was dead on. No problems at all. I went back to the standard Pontiac oil filter housing and Delco filter, and my IMI starter can be removed or installed without any interference. Definately a quality product.

Just thought I'd pass this on, and if anyone is looking for the round ports for the 67-69 Firebird, go directly to Indian Adventures.

Great to hear you had a positive experience with Dick. He too helped me get my rear fixed while still a pontiac newbie. He also has reached out via email and offered solutions to some of the problems that I may have.

I think the repeating theme here is that what makes a Pontiac supplier successful, is not just the products, but the service. Dick certainly provides great service and is not interested in just throwing parts at a problem. Above all he is a gentleman and deals with integrity.
