Anyone purchase this book yet? Just wondering if its worth getting. If you have this book, how is it with illustrations on body and interior breakouts??

My wife bought me one for fathers day and I've only had time to browse through it but I'm pretty disappointed. I do not consider myself very knowledgeable when it comes to F bodies but I know enough to say the book is incorrect on numerous things. My car is a 70 trans am and there are a lot of little things that are specific to that year. I had hoped for better from this restoration guide. You will do better asking questions on this board. The wealth of knowledge and willingness to help you will find on this board is outstanding. Just my opinion.

I definitely agree with Formula and Eagle.

The book falls way short in most areas, but
ironically goes overboard on selective, mostly
irrelevent information.
Guess they had to fill the pages somehow.

This forum is superior.
