for a 79-81 F-body?I am needing a nose and
was wondering is it a good fit or do i need

I haven't had the need to buy a new plastic repro nose but have come across good used ones at swap meets. I purchased the whole front with all lights and grill inserts for $45 a few years back. I needed the grill inserts only. Then, I tried to sell the nose and couldn't. Wound up giving it up to a salvage yard just to take it off my hands. If you look you can find one for less than a repro. Make cosmetic repairs, prep and paint--as good as new.
