I know that I am NOT going to buy anything from RRE concerning motor parts but has anyone ever bought fiberglass parts from them? Hows the quality good/bad? Because they have some parts that are not available from VFN or US body source or Harwood. Thanks in advance,

I got a hood, trunk lid, fenders, and both bumpers from him several years ago. They were from VFN and another company. (don't remember who) I payed by credit card and he had the factories ship to me direct. Quality was good, so no problem there.

What about Unlimited??

Unilimited Fiberglass....stay away from them. They had the worst 'glass product I have ever used. Took MANY man hrs to prep, fill the chunks of Resin that fell off, fit TERRIBLE, etc. VFN, Glastek, U.S. Body source, and Fiberglass Unlimited are some of the better 'glass mfgs. Good Luck

Does anyone know a company that makes fiberglass for a 72 LeMans? I don't have an enduro front end, but i wanted either a cowl induction hood or a ram air style hood.

I would buy as much fiberglass from VFN first and use RRE as a final result.

I purchased a complete front end for my 1971 Firebird from US Body Source. Quality is outstanding.

How much weight did you figure you saved?

We just did a '70 Monte Carlo Cowl Induction bolt-on 'glass hood for a Customer, from Fiberglass Trends in Orange, Ca. Although for a Chevy, their quality was very good. It only took one Prime/block session to look good. (BTW, the car was black) If anyone is in Calif. It will save you $ to pick up from them, instead of shipping (bonus) Id give them 2 thumbs up, nice product.
