Now that it has been determined that I have a documented 70 GTO with VOE, I decided to dig back through a couple years of various magazines looking for the one article I remembered about this option. I FOUND IT! It was in the July 2001 issue of Muscle Car Review (great article). The owner was Jon Kocara of Enon, Ohio (not far from me). The article goes on to say this was an option from November 69 - January 70 with only 233 being produced (221 were hardtops). Here's my question: "Does anybody out there know Jon Kocara or how to reach him?" I am wanting to find out where he got his parts and see his car if I can.

The car in MCR had some homemade parts. However, email me and I will hook you up with a guy who has a car AND a NOS set!
