Does anybody know where i can get the rubber collar on the steering column of my 66. It is about 2 inches wide and about 2-3 inches from the bottom of the column.

Does anybody know where i can get the rubber collar on the steering column of my 66. It is about 2 inches wide and about 2-3 inches from the bottom of the column.

This piece is key for the column to stay oriented properly. I think I cut up an old radiator hose, and used weatherstrip cement to attach it to the column before forcing the attaching plate over the rubber.
