Not any new ones. They do have fiberglass replacements. You can use several different products as long as they are flexible materials. I use SEM Weld on mine. It's a two part rubber filler that can fill large areas. Easy to sand and fast drying.

There have been several threads on endura repair. Search the archives for bumper repair. I fixed mine myself and it looks great.

From a teaching perspective, its probably a good technique for the class to learn - most modern bumpers are repaired in the same way.

Use the SEM flexible bumper filler, then coat with SEM flexible primer-put lots of light coats.

I recently repaired two LARGE gouges in a '71 endura bumper. Both "chunks" were still attached, but barely.

I used 3M stuctural adhesive to reattach the chunks (let them set up over night under compression using C-clamps with flat wood pieces), finished them using 3M 2-part flexible body filler. Am VERY pleased with the results, the end result cannot be determined with primer applied.
