ok i have a 455 .060 over with TRW flat tops with 62's. i ran the heads before but i had the pistons machined so the compression came out to around 9.3:1. now with the higher compression using the flattops i wanted to know what fuel you use guys use with this combo.

also when i use nitrous what octane should i go to?

78Lemans, I run 16's on my .030 over 455 and run 110 race gas. Your compression is about 12 to 1. BTW, What did you do with your dished pistons? I am looking for some.

actually i bought the pistons from a friend of mine they had been rn in a car for like 100,000 miles before i got them. the best time i got with them was a 7,82 with a 1.62 60 ft. in the 1/8 mile and with it running on 5 cly it ran a 8.21 @ whoever knowes becuse i didn't get the time slip with it running so bad.
so 110?
what about with nitrous??
