Hello, I can't figure out how I did it, but I warped the passenger side flange on my Doug's headers. I took them off and put them on a flat surface. It appears that only the end flange for the exhaust port near the firewall is affected. Is there anyway to correct this? I was thinking about cutting the middle of the flange at that end so that it would pull it down when I tightened it. Any suggestions? Thanks, Gary

My advice, call Doug's Headers and ask for Paul. 909-788-4878.

Thanks Ron, Paul at Doug's Headers seemed OK with cutting the flange, and after asking around it seems to be a routine fix for this problem...Gary
