looking for a few good shops in the Ft Worth/Dallas area

I'm just starting my project and I'm mainly concerned about

1 sand blasting my frame
2 powder coating the frame
3 rebuilding the rear end
4 rebuilding the transmission

also looking for a 389 long block. i found one at billionsandtrillions.com but after reading these forums I'm a little hesitant.

if you have dealt with some good people in my area please let me know about them. word of mouth is the best advertising.

Genrrlee you need to join the POCI chapter in the D/FW area. It is full of knowledgeable Pontiac people who could tell you who to see (and avoid) in getting your work done; Ed Giolma, Brad Duerst, a bunch of 'em. All trouble makers (kidding).

That is if the poster just ahead of me doesn't answer all your questions.

Winston McCollum is the President of the D/FW chapter. He is in Plano and his number is 214-274-6018. If you aren't a member of POCI you can join on their website which is at www.poci.org
