68 GTO front wheel size
 

Original Rally II steel rims came in 6 or 7 inch widths. I believe the original rims also had a 4 inch back spacing. Wheels Vintiques makes the same rims and also 8 and 10 inch widths. They make the rims but they wont tell you what you can do with them, I guess they don’t want the responsibility.

What size tire can I get on the front end of the 68 GTO without problems.

Will 15”X8” Rallye II style rims with 4” back spacing (from Wheel Vintiques) bolt on with original 4 piston front disk brake system. Will I need a spacer and longer studs, if so, what sizes. Will other modifications be required.
