Need help with recently purchased parts
 

Hi,

I recently purchased and received the red fender liners that I ordered from you. I was looking forward to installing them on my car and set aside today (Sat) to do it in time for a car show tomorrow (Sun).

Imagine my surprise when I opened the box, pulled out the fender liners only to discover that 1-they are used, 2-there are no instructions and 3-there is no mounting hardware!

Now I've been looking for these for a long time, so I'm not sending them back, but I would like some help here. First off, I need installation instructions, secondly, I need whatever mounting hardware is necessary to install, and lastly, I would like some financial consideration since I purchased new merchandise, not used and these were quite expensive as you know.

The fender liners have clip indentations, small trim cuts and (self-tapping) screw holes on them. I don't believe it will be an issue once installed however. I would like someone to contact me ASAP regarding these issues as I am anxious to get these on my car (unfortunately too late for my car show) Thank you in advance, Keith (Bigg K)
