Has the issue with Josh and the three grand been cleared up yet? This is not a lobby related thread. The original was moved here, as it is a business related issue, and since the thread is locked, and most are probably afraid to post something like this for fear of being suspended. Well, I took it upon myself to go ahead, as frankly I don't give a damn. So, 6704GTO, has your business issue with Josh been settled yet? Let us know, as I would hate to see others being cheated like you have been.

i heard from 6704 this week and still has not gotten any more money back after the additional 500

I talked to him as well and asked if he filed a police report and he had said not yet. :mad: ,and Josh is still posting parts for sale and wanted on classical pontiac

The police can't do anything as it's a civil matter...what he needs to do is contact the State Attorney Generals office in NY and have them direct him on what he needs to do to file charges and/or a suit against Josh. I've told him this no less than 3 times in the last month. You can lead a horse to water, but.....

Brain, if thats the case, he'll NEVER get his $$$. Pontiacmuscle probably knows how to work the system; he'll file bankruptsy when he has enough people chasing him.

The funny thing is he has ad for parts wanted at CP and he say's the closer to MD the better,has he moved to MD?I emailed him and got a very threatning email back.Like i'm afraid of him.

Interesting, I got an email from him last week ( not certain of the specific date) told me it was settled.

I bid on a part of his through ebay right before this all broke loose. I did get a good part in timely fashion. Now his ebay account is suspended.

He has several CP names and Ebay accounts.

I remember someone asking him if he was "arrowheadaddict'". He replied that he was not, it was a friend's account.

What other names does he go by?

I got an email from Josh back on 1/14 and he said it will be "taken care of Tuesday" which I assumed meant 1/16. I've been reading all these threads for several weeks I was hoping this thread would shed a little light on the current status.

Has anyone warned CP members about this guy ? If not maybe pass a link -
Makes you wonder how many times he's sold a car he doesnt own.

I dont recall the specific accounts but there were 2 and maybe 3 I knew of.
