Front Bumper Molding & Choke Tube Help Wanted
 

Hopefully somebody can point me in the right direction here.
I'm looking for front bumper molding for a 74 GTO. Hard to find and the used ones I find are rotted worse than what I have.
Also having a problem with my choke tubes (rotted).

Anyone know of where to find replacement parts or any alternative that works/looks decent would be greatly appreciated.

Are you looking for the rubber that goes between the bumper and car or the rubber that goes on the outside of the bumper?

I'm looking for the rubber strip that goes on the outside of the bumper.
Most that I find are rotted out and don't fit snug to the chrome. Mine is not hanging on nice and I have to get something to get make it look decent.

You could change to a full chrome bumper, just a thought.

There is a website called www.pontiacventura.com. Go to the classified section and there was someone who had posted about someone he new that would make them repro if he was to get enough interest. Said it would be in $100-$150 range. Mine is still in decent shape with just one small bad spot but was thinking about emailing him with an interest any way. Full chrome bumpers on these car don't look right in my opinion.

Thanks.......yes I agree...a full chrome bumper could be used but would not look near as nice.
