2k building primer
Can you roll this primer on?I have to roll my primer on since I can't spray it where the car is at.I have a PPG supplier down the street.any input, guys?
Iv'e rolled and brushed ppg dplf before and it works ok, but never any 2k.
We roll k36 at the dealership with no problems
Yes you can get the smooth knap roller Home Depot or Lowes sell them
sure you can. I end up rolling different primers. You want to use a small foam roller.
I'm gonna use the foam rollers from Depot.I just went a bought SX 1060 from PPG.Its a 2K rollable surfacer. They say its new and top of the line. The only draw back to it is once you mix the hardener in it there is a 30 min window then its hard.Is that with the can open or can I close it then it will be ok?I think I may get a few rollers and get a couple of freinds to help roll the car.I'm quick but 30 mins,I'd have to hall a$$.
I would say that would be after it's mixed, regardless of if it's sealed in a can or not.
Your probably just going to have to make sure you the the high speed rollers and wear your fastest shoes.:D |
Roll down hill only...it goes on really fast that way.
