Talk about first class............ No extraneous BS questions, you tell them what the issue is - they provide the answer immediately or get you an answer in < minute.

Spoke to them on two occasions in the last week (diff. issues) and got the same outstanding response.

BTW, very little on-hold time in both cases. :clap2: :first:

That's been my experience with them as well. I've also posted questions on their tech forum and received expert advice very quickly.
