Ram air manifolds, exit same location?

If I were to add ram air manifolds in place of the stock manifolds on a 64 GTO, would the existing exhaust bolt right up in same location??? I realize I'd have to change flanges to a 3 bolt, but other than that is it exact same location? Thanks in advance.

No, the location of the exit is much lower on the RA manifolds.

Yes you would have to get Ram Air downpipes. I just bought a pair from PYPES, I believe they were $115 for the pair. A few bucks more if you want the Xpipe.

They take special 3-bolt flanges too, the bolts are spaced asymmetrically.

the front down pipes are different.plus the noticable,as in the flanges and you might what to add the heat shiel;d to the starter and the tube goin to the starter for the wires is longer
