65 66 GTO Harmonic Balancer
 

Can anybody help me out I just had my 66 389 done now I need to put the harmonic balancer on and I'm not sure where the spacer plate goes one person told me it goes between the balancer and the pulley and another person said the spacer was the last part to go on I cant find anything in my books about it

The metal ring does on after the pulley then the bolts.
