Dash Restoration in Washington State?

Good morning friends. Has anyone use the dash restoration company that is located in Washington State? They advertise in many of the magazines, and I believe in some of the Pontiac magazines as well.

I know that they charge about $400.00 for a complete tear down and rebuild, and would be a better choice than maybe some of the others. But again, I no like being the first in the door to some place I've never heard of that others I know have used. It's some one else turn to be the first. :)

Thanks, and my best to you, and yours.

Mike

Hi. I had my dash restored by them and over all was happy with the results. 68 GTO a/c dash. Cost around 500.00 in black. A little lacking in the communications dept but was still tolerable. I'm not sure if all dash restorations are this way but mine is not soft/spongey like a oem dash was. It has give to it, but not like oem. I don't know what Just Dashes is like in that regards either. Might be a good question to ask other members. Body shop forum is a good place to ask this question of dash resto also. I felt that a few of the lines that make the shape of the dash running parallel with the floor were a little off, but then again I'm a bodyman by trade and pretty picky about contour lines. Overall I'd use them again but first I would like to see a 68 GTO dash done by Just Dashes as a comparison. I'll be looking for just that at the shows this summer as we'll be needing to do a dash in my sons 69 Cutlass and I may decide to spend the extra cash for Just Dashes work. We'll see. John.
