the parts place
 

this basically is in regards to some of the posts here on py, I was recently at the parts place to pick up a car and some parts, I got a tour of the place and got to look at a bunch of the items which was cool cause I had never been at a place like this, warehouse with parts on shelf's so high you could not see to the top, another building with shelf upon shelf of nos parts, and It so happens I am doing a restoration on a 70 judge auto conv and got to see the tags that are in question and I needed one for the car I am working on, I saw the box they came in not to mention several other pallots of nos tranny parts, fittings and so-on, I know people here have issues with joe but from what I could see everthing looked legit to me, I am no renoun expert but I have been working on cars for a long time and would not question these. I have posted before about the parts place and have to give them credit for always trying to make and reproduce items that no-one else is making or going to make! or they try to make an existing item better, for example the new upper ram air pan (ebay item Item number: 230200878519) is excellent check it out, I am not one of joe's good buddies or joe typed in under a fake user name, I have been buying parts from the parts place for about 8 years, and have been in situations where they have really helped me out when I was in a pinch for time and really needed something to get a car done, or found something for me no-one else had or could find, so when this came up I figured I could at least put in my 2 cents!
