'68 Noise Suppression Capacitor?

Does anyone know where to find the capacitor or resistor that pigtails off the voltage regulator on a '68 GTO? It looks like a condenser and I'm told it is for noise suppression. I can't even find it at NAPA.

I've got a used one from a '69 Grand Prix that I'll sell. PM me if interested.
