Does anyone know anything about a plastic seal which sould be under the breaker plate next to the felt washer? Someone told me I needed one. My distributor does not seem to have this feature.

Update.... the felt is from the oil spout on the distributor that keep the shaft lubed, the seal keeps the oil from moving up to the points. Does anyone know where I can find these parts?????
