How do I clean oxidized aluminum??

Working on my 04 gto today and wanted to clean the outside of the tb. The aluminum is oxidized. What would you use to clean this?? There is alot of products out there but what works? Thanks

Busch alum cleaner works well.....I have used it on alum wheels and valve covers w/great results.
