What's the fan size on my 400 'bird?
 

My engine rebuild/restoration is slowly coming along...what's the correct size of the fan? Classic Ind. has a bunch of fans listed, and their knowledge isn't much to speak of...

19 inch 7 blade cluch fan on my 67 conv 400 with AC.

IIRC, all '67 FB 400 received the combo 8point described. For all '67 V-8 FB's, the 5/1/69printing Pontiac MPC shows;
F/8 A/C, 9784546, 7 blades-square tips, 19 1/2".
F/8 400 exc. A/C or Ram Air, 9777012, 7 blade, 19 1/2", (thermo cont.).
F/8 400 Ram Air, 519834, 4 blade, 19".
F/8 H.D. exc. A/C, 9779005, 5 blade, 19".

Are you running a stock fan shroud?

I run a 19 inch fan and clutch off a 69 Grand Prix 400. Fits nicely into the factory shroud and keeps everything cool. I would measure the inside diameter of the shroud you plan to use and find the biggest fan I could to fit into it. Just my .02

yes my cooling system is all stock.
