3 Attachment(s)
Hi Pontiac enthusiasts
I want this forum to check if there is any interest in the new-made Dashpads for Pontiac full size 65-66.
We have the production of Dash boards and if the interest is sufficient, we will establish a warehouse in California for the U.S. market.
our e-mail is [email protected]
our homepage is www.autoline.se

I myself have 5 Pontiac 65 full size

These are nice looking pieces.

How much will they run '66 A/C pad?

mike nixon 04-05-2009 02:30 PM

Pricing? Are they made with the origional grain?

Mike

Swede Pontiacs 04-05-2009 03:02 PM

Hi
The material is exactly the original grain, we do them new to the original Steele core.
Do not know clearly what they will cost in the U.S., but think they cost around 600 usd.
It depends on how much interest is.
We must also have Steele core of change when we deliver a new one.
If you send me an e-mail with your address so I am happy to send samples of material to you and more pictures if you want
E-mail [email protected]

Do you want to buy cores?

Swede Pontiacs 04-05-2009 03:31 PM

It can be interesting if the interest for Dash boards are great.
Send an e-mail with what you have for models and what you want for them.

I would say that there is definitely an interest for these a/c dash pads. I think if the price was around USA $500, with a core exchange, you will sell many of them.

65catalina 04-05-2009 08:06 PM

Most likely everyone knows this, but there is a difference between the 65 and 66 A/C dash pads. The one pictured is a 66. I just had mine redone or I would be interested.

stevep 04-05-2009 09:09 PM

Even the 65-66 non A/C pads are different, similar but different.

i have

a warehouse i deal with in california.... right outside the port.

Engine-Ear 04-06-2009 05:00 PM

Isn't the lip/edge (whatever you want to call it) on '65 NON-AC dash pads squared off (not radiused) with about a 1" flat edge that faces the driver and passenger?

66 Full-size A/C dash pads

I have 2 1966 cars, both of which have cracks and need dash pads.
both are A/C equipped cars
I have 2 spare cores I could supply

Let me know also.

Thanks, Ron

Boy, I too could be interested. I just got a pad off ebay that was a very nice vinyl recover. I've had two recovered pads, and no matter what they always seem to lift right in the middle where the hump is for the AC. I might not buy one right away, but definitely interested in one for down the road...

Dash pad

I need one for my '65 a/c car so keep us informed so I can get one ASAP.

Swede Pontiacs 04-07-2009 07:11 AM

To all interested
Send name and e-mail address, which model you are interested to our e-mail [email protected] so we can list those who are interested.
In mid-August, we send a container to California who have arrived in October and after that we can deliver what is ordered.

Engine-Ear 04-07-2009 09:19 AM
