Vacuum fitting unusual see sketch
 

Need vaccum fitting for rear of QJet on a 428 cid, A/C, ATC car.

Screws into rear Vacuum port, goes straight out to booster hose and has a "Y" 1/4" to feed the heater controls, vaccum to headlight switch and reserve canister through the blue stripped vaccum hose.

Nothing to compare it to except an after market unit that doesan't look quite stock.

Have no reference except for the rough sketch attached.

I am sure if you have one you will know what it is and where it goes.
