Ignition box sends to cap all the time

Anyone have their ignition box (MSD Mallory...) to malfunction by "buzzing the dist cap" all the time? It's trying to fire constantly-not when rotor turns. Also it shocked the bleep out of me twice. Ideas? thanks, David

Dist cap buzzing

Update-A capacitor just rattled inside when I removed the ignition box from the car. Some quality huh?
