Hood tach wiring
 

I can't seem to find the wiring diagram for the hood tach on a GTO or Firebird.

Can anyone assist in a link or advise what colors go where?

On my aftermarket hood tach, the brown wire went to the (I think) negative side of the coil, yellow for the light in the tach, red to positive, and black to ground.
