69 Power Steering Leak

So I dropped down the steering column to remove the dash panel and I lost a lot of powersteering fluid from the box. Is that normal? Also, now I have a small leak that I believe is coming from there.

If the steering column isn't aligned with the input to the steering box, it could leak there. i had that trouble when I put in a tilt column and didn't align it properly.
