Mallory ignitions

Does anyone know anything about these ignitions? I have never heard of them and are they good to use or should I replace it on my car?

If youre still running points, an upgrade to a good ol' fashioned HEI is all that is needed for about 95% of the cars out there.

If you want to retain your factory small-base distributor a high voltage coil can help. You can get a factory style cylindrical coil also (paint it black for stealth) and I would recommend some type of points replacement like Pertronix or Mallory unilite. It is your call, but this can provide a measure of performance and reliability to your car. The route you choose is dependent in the look you want.
