post vs hardtop interior difference

Before long Im going to need to buy a interior kit for my car, I cant seem to find any kits for a 2 door post. So my question is will the hardtop kit work? I cant imagine there being any real difference, however I dont wana shell out the cash without being sure.

Headliner, windlace, and the interior corner trim piece that is at the top of the a pillar are the only differences that I can think of (HT vs. Post). Most kits don't include headliners in the kit anyway, do they?

I have an old home video (VCR) tape that shows an old auto body guy back in 1988-89 in Tennesee trying to install the head liner in my Post coupe. He has it almost done ,and is showing the owner who is filming it how it will not fit perfectly. (too much material at the top of the sail panels). They never mention the company, but he told the owner that he talked to them ,and said that if he sends the company their old headliner they will use it as a patern to make the post coupe headliner. and send them one free of charge. That is why my headliner fits so good. The difference is NOT that much ,and the body guy said he could make it work(the hardtop pc.), but he shouldn't have to, and the company agreed.

It a shame they never mentioned the name of the company.

Yea that'd be nice, coupes are so scarce I'd really like it done right. When I order my kit Ill just see if I can sub in the proper windlace and corner piece(anyone know the actuall name?)
