68 power trunk release
 

what is the correct trunk release for a 68 gto I have the wiring but can't seem to find the correct one. I bought one from a 71 gto but it was just the solenoid and not the latch. I thought it would fit but does not seem to fit right. werent 68's a one piece part. Any help would be appreciated thanks Ledbetter66

Yes, the 68's use a one piece design. PM me and I will send a pic.

did you find the one piece release? I may still have one left in my piles downstairs. 67-70 were the same for sure, I always thought 71/72 were also the 1 pc design. I know they fit.
