So I've uploaded 2 different pictures for my signature and neither one of them work. What's the dealio?

There is one more step you need to do, after uploading the picture. Just to the right of the picture is a link that says "Insert Signature Picture". Once you click that link it adds a little bit of code to the signature message box, telling you where the picture will appear in the signature. You can move that code around to get the desired layout.

Or you can physically type the code into your signature, where you want the picture to appear.
