I don't have a GP anymore and I'd like to change my username if possible.

Normally doesn't happen. If it does it's an ADMIN that does.

Wouldn't it be just as quick to delete (or abandon) your current account, and create a new one with the username you want?

Multiple accounts for the same user is a bannishment offense.

As I said above. Ding CCASS or DM_FAN and ask.

has to be a damned good reason if it happens at all.
