Replacing Window Felts
 

I'm getting ready to replace the window felts on my '64 GTO post car. The windows are very hard to roll up and down. It used to be effortless. Any tips, on doing this job, would be great.

Well, I did the drivers door. It wasn't bad at all. It turned out to be the regulator. The old hard grease was like hot glue. I cleaned it up real good. Works like new. I put new felts in also.
