I'll give him credit.

I think it don't it looks that bad. I mean it could have 20 inch rims and a crappy paint job. I think the paint job looks different but its nice. Its not a basketcase like some cars on ebay. I like it!

Personally I think that car looks Badass!!!
|
Not what I would have done with it. But I have to say I like it. Vintage Mind Blower speakers I remember them Hi-Fi in 1984.
|
The only things I don't like too much are the rectangular headlamps and the black and white diamond pleated seats...but not enough to change either one if I found it in my garage. Paint looks nice. Engine compartment looks nice and looks PONTIAC.
I think it's sharp. |
The simple fact that it doesn't have 22"s on it is amazing in itself!

I think that car probably looked cool in the 80s but is pretty tacky now. The problem with "updating" a car when customizing is that the updates themselves get dated (ie. square headlamps, landau top, diamond pleat). Especially when they turned out to be short-lived trends, and not classic features. At least the wire wheels tie it all together.
It would be an OK nostalgic custom, but unfortunately the original design was perfect as-is, a timeless design. :2cents: |
Not Bad..... Definitly saveable....

It's a good base to restore back to original or restify, better than a complete rustbucket or one missing half the parts. |
Not bad, just a little dated. Everything that has been done, except the sunroof, could be undone without too much trouble really.

i cant believe how good the rectangle lights look. i am picturing this with black leather original interior and a set of honeycombs with the paint scheme. im digging it that way
|
I think it looks pretty good. At least they kept the Pontiac powerplant.
|
Not bad..
