Thanks, I appreatiate it, at one of my jobs I already have to pick my vacation dates for next year, when I don't know when most of the stuff going on is that I want off for:censored:

Just an FYI, Norwalk is always the first full weekend in August, it's the easiest way to know when, all you need is a calendar.

GTO JOHN 12-22-2012 12:19 AM

I'm planning to be there again.

I probably won't be able to make but one big event this year; so is it Norwalk or the CoVention in Dayton?

The main reason I'm even debating is that I'm planning on some changes for the car and retiring it from racing. (Don't won't to hurt the original engine and don't have the cash to build a replacement) It's about a toss up as far as costs; the CoVention is more days, Norwalk is further. I just don't know where I want to pull all the way up to Norwalk and not race. (Not that it would make any difference-we're never very competitive)

My decision may be made for me next month anyway if the lawsuit goes the wrong way when we go to court.

Jerry , which ever you decide, I'll see ya at either event.!

George, after all that smack talk I gave you, and then come to find out my transmission was not working and had to go home with my tail between my legs, I'll be a good boy this time. I'm putting her back together now. Definitely going to get some seat time 2013 before I make that 1,800 mile round trip tow again. I'll just say that I'm shooting for a spot in the Q-16 ;)

mechanickeith 12-24-2012 03:20 PM

1800 miles Dill!! Rokie!!! :D last year Steve & I did 4500 miles to Norwalk & back. Return trip, we left Norwalk sunday evening & were back in Phoenix tuesday morning.

Hope to see you in April. I may make Norwalk again this year.

goatless 12-24-2012 04:50 PM
