78 Y82 project for '79 Y84(on non) blk/blk cloth [WTT]

Hi everybody, I'm new here, but not to TAs.
I have a 1978 Y82 project that I'd like to trade for a '79 Y84 (or non) Black on Black cloth Ttop 403 car. I don't want to sell this car, because I really like it, but if I can find my way into a '79, I'll make a swap. Otherwise, I'll just keep this one.
Here's a quick write-up about the car:

It's a REAL 1978 Special Edition (Y82) Trans Am
Again, the car is a REAL, DOCUMENTED, NUMBERS MATCHING (see ad) SE. I have the buildsheet and the PHS on the car.
The car is in very good project-car shape.
Body
-The body is very solid, with small rust bubbles here and there. The car will not require ANY PANEL replacement at all.
-The floors only have a small hole here or there. The largest spot is under the rear seat coushin. It is the size of a baseball.
-The tailpanel, back glass area, dash corners, cowl area, etc, are all very solid.
-The core support does have rust under the battery tray. I have not seen a Trans Am that doesn't.
-The body does have a couple of dents
Engine:
-The engine in the car is a Pontiac 350, and it does run, but it needs the correct carburetor, so you can run the shaker set up.
-The motor sat unstarted for 20 years until I got it running.
-No taps or knocks.
-Engine has open long tube headers, will need exhaust before you run it on the street.
I was able to get the ORIGINAL NUMBERS MATCHING ENGINE from the previous owner. That engine will be included in the deal.
Trans:
-Turbo 400 has replaced the original TH350
-I have not gone fast enough to go through the gears, but the trans did take up R and D.
Brakes:
-The brake system will need to be gone through. The brake pedal goes to the floor.
-The E brake does work.
Tires:
-I just installed a decent set of 15x7 snowflakes and very good tires

Interior:
-The dash is uncracked
-All panels present
-Console uncracked
-Seats will need to be re-covered, but they aren't terrible
-Carpet is gone
-Headliner is drooping, but board is good.

I have had quite a few cash offers on the car, but to be honest, I'd rather keep it unless somebody has a '79 y84 or 79 black/black car.
Thanks for the understanding!
