I was wondering what your towm or city is known for.Examples such as food ,bars,events,anything you think off type it here.Im from Montreal Quebec,we have the best smoked meat sandwiches in Canada some of the best strip clubs and we also hosted the 76 Olympics,and btw way are still paying for that stadium LOL.thanks

Where I grew up is Dumfries, Va. At the time of the Revolution it was the biggest shipping port on the east coast, or so I heard.

I was born near Ft Bragg, but my dad moved back to Monroe NC when I was very young. Monroe is my home town as far as I'm concerned.

before then it wasnt even known statewide now its internationally known. My parents hometown is fictionally known as Radar O'Reillys hometown. First time I heard that I did a double take...... How does a story writer pick a midwestern town that had max population of 30K to use in a story line? To make it even weirder his moms name ,Edna,not a very common name,was the same as my Great Grandmother who was born and raised there. |
