SPEEDOMETER CABLE ROUTING
 

Does anyone know the correct routing for the speedo cable on a 68 gto with dearborn transmission passenger side drive gear? A picture would be great.:)

Let me pull a picture from my carbonite account and post here for you - from an original, unmolested car found in a salvage yard here. Front of car is to the left of picture. Picture taken with car being held up by huge fork lift

Cable was routed under the trans toward driver's side, then through body clamps up to normal location. I hope that helps.

Thanks very much,i thought it had to go like that.All other sources said different and showed fitting on drivers side.:)
