Can a 69 floor console be converted to a manual console ?
 

Good morning all, Can an automatic floor console be converted to a manual console and if so can someone walk me through the process. Not educated on 69 Firebirds but learning quickly. Thank You.

yes if you dont care about the top just put an aftermarket boot and trim over the hole.
difference between auto and manual was the top of front.

Thanks Cammer, would prefere to have it look factory correct. I see that they are now reproducing both 69 floor consoles, seen it in HPP a couple issues back, may have to go that way. Thanks again.
