fender bolt repair
 

Has anyone seen a posting on the forum that details how to go about repairing/replacing those rusted front fender bolts that are located down below the front door? I saw something somewhere that showed a guy welding cutting an access panel, folding it back and installing his homemade setup consisting of a nut welded onto a thin steel plate.
So after searching for it and coming up empty handed I'm asking for help! Anybody run across the post I'm describing?
