what value in dealer paperwork
 

OK folks, Scott again. I leased my 2000 Ram Air Conv brand new off of a leasing company. Jay Pontiac wanted 3000 above sticker, and the leasing company got it for me at sticker. I bought it off the lease, and in theory im the one owner. I know the leasing company is the first owner, but I got the car with 5 miles. Did I miss any real paperwork, except what I can get from PHS? Anything after 13 years that is of value from the original selling dealer that would add any value to my car.? Thanks again

Lease vs purchase. Doesn't matter. You took responsibility for the vehicle when you sighed the paperwork when it was new. The car has been in your possession since then and if you have all the paperwork (state required) from the initial day of delivery and when you bought it from the lease company, that's all you need. You're the first owner.

From a value standpoint, I don't think its matters anyway.
