90K Miles, suspension and rear went
As some of you may have seen from the Lobby on the other forums, I took a journey across the country in my TA this summer, and got back a few weeks ago. Brought the car over to the shop today and put it on the lift.
Tie rod ends are shot, shocks and springs are done. Rear end was leaking and the nice whirring noise indicates that it needs to be rebuilt too. So.. In a week, I'll have a brand new rear + Strano springs, Bilstein shocks, Founders tubular rear control arms, and new rubber bushings. Can't wait to try it out. |
Post some pics for us!
PY now offers parts for these cars as well! |
Eric, will do. I noticed you started stocking parts... you need to find good replacement weatherstrip since GM discontinued it pretty please!
|
What type of weatherstrip you looking for? We carry OER, Soffseal, and GM if still available.

I haven't taken her out too much (drove it home), but the ride is harder yet she handles like a slot car. About a 1 - 1.5" drop all around with the new springs. |
looks good
