Does PHS documentation provide the assembly date of the vehicle?

Thanks.

My Doraville Ga. car on the build sheet, has a schedule date of APR. 15,1964. I found 2 build sheets in my car, one under the drivers bucket seat, and the other inside the drivers side rear armrest on a convertible. they were in better shape than the copy I got 18 yrs. ago Oct. 3rd. 1964 is when Pontiac introduced the 1964's

Thanks, John. I contacted PHS and was told that PHS documentation will include the date the vehicle was shipped from the assembly plant, and that the ship date is typically within 48 hours after the car was built.

Wouldn't it have been 10/3/63 for a '64 car?

Deadhead, you are correct 1963 not 1964 thanks
