Whats M12 on a 66 Trim tag?
I bought a stick shift GP parts car..is M12 a 3 speed?

I couldn't find M12 in my vintage literature.
I found M11 = 3 speed on the column and M13 = HD 3 speed on the floor. I found M12 in my more modern literature but it showed as a Tremec 5 speed so I don't think that's it.... ;) K |

12 was a Brougham option I believe ... not sure about the M. Did the GP come with a Brougham option? Not to my knowledge ... thought that was Bonnie only?

11 was Ventura option ... sure that's not an 11 and not an M???

I know Keith ... you're right but was just confused by this code: M12 ... never heard of it. Can it be a special HD clutch? HD cooler?
