Performance Years Outstanding!
 

Just wanted to give a quick "Thank you" to Dave (shipping manager) and the rest of the staff of PY. I have been a customer since the mid 90's.

Back in Dec of 2009 I was having metal work done on my 1966 GTO and realizing that the door hinges needed replacing, I purchased a pair of lower door hinges plus some other items.

So this Fall when I went to assemble the doors for paint, I found out that the lower hinges for whatever reason wouldn't allow me to align the doors in enough (towards the body). I tried everything without good results.

In my frustration I bought hinges from another company which to my surprise did fit, BUT my point here is that even after all of this time, PY still accepted the return of these hinges and refunded me the price of the hinges less shipping!

The email correspondence was always quick and professional.
Wow, talk about taking care of the customer!!
