Need Rally Gauge/Clock Restoration Service

I have a 1970 GTO rally gauge cluster with warning lights, a speedometer head and a clock I need cleaned up and bench tested.

Does anyone on this forum offer this restoration service?

Or, can you recommend someone?

Thanks.

Peter Serio. He's a member here. Send him a PM.

I think he's out of the business. I took some to Lauderdale Speedo in Ft. Lauderdale. They seem to do a pretty good job.

They took care of my 70 and did some work on my 64. The whole thing for service and repainting was 1300. Yea, it seems a lot to me, but after checking that seems to be a average price.

Thanks, Terry and MescaBug.

After MescaBug's reply, I found Pete on the internet. FYI, he is still in the business. After a couple of emails, I sent the gauge cluster to him for restoration.

I am glad you found someone for the gauge cluster.
I needed the clock for my 70 GTO rebuilt earlier this month. I sent it to The Clock Works on a Wednesday, arrived at his shop on Friday, I had it back at my house the following Friday.

Pete Serio is the man. He does shifters, too.

Stay away from The Tachman. Flaky, unreliable, frazzled.

Thanks to all for your comments.

Pete is in the middle of doing the work. Good communications from him. He lets one know what he is doing as he goes along. He has finished the clock and is waiting on a couple of parts for the rest.
