Need advice on current 70TA sheet metal

I may have a chance to sell off some (what I'm told are) 70 TA front sheet from a client... The proceeds would be used for his Managers new Pro-touring build so I thought you can't get a more current value than from the enthusiasts here... I have no horse in this game and you all know I'm not a numbers guys so I figured it should be used by someone like you guys but I need a value to tell him so he can make an informed decision....

All I currently have is picture of the car prior to it being disassembled so here is the shape of the parts from California...

Personally, if I was building this for someone, I would advise them to shelve the 70-72 fenders and hood for a rainy day or later on. You could get some soem decent $ for the parts (Have a blue 71 that could use them), but the $ wouldnt be much in comparison to the cost of the build. Better to keep them if possible.

SHEET METAL

reproduction sheet metal is available for all of those front end parts...even a fiberglass nose....when the parts are off you could post more detailed pictures...especially the fenders, meaning behind the fenders...obviously no rust or bondo make them worth more...any 70 to 72 fender can be ''made''...shipping will certainly add alot...atleast an average of $100 a fender....the repo hood looks excellant, in fact I am seriously cosidering it, if I were to sell my original hood I would place the value no more than $400 because I feel that is fair, I can even go lower....a nice fender $250...the bumper you need to see stripped down I would think but atleast $350 with all the parts $475

I would put Ca. Rust free fenders at about 1500-1700 for the pair. I would put a rust free dent free 70 hood in the 1000-1200 range. I'm not telling you anything you don't know about market. Now if you threw in a meet and greet with the owner of said parts...........if it's who I think it is.

Norwood is correct on values.. With Pontiacs apparently becoming the current pumped GM brand at the auctions(latest BJ results as evidence) these components are only going to get more expensive..

X3 on what Norwood said, but even that is a little lower than a couple years ago.
